So we were shooting the shit today about whether or not I could copyright a number. This lead to the idea of converting mp3's into viewable art files that could then at a later point be turned back into mp3. In my very early experiments it has not worked out so well though I do like the noise that I get out of the MP3. The BMP had much brighter colors in it.
